The March Of The Black Queen - collage video

So C_Matt asked me to make a collage video for this song (I used his 'revisited' version). Well, it took me more than a year (I did take extremely long breaks though!). To be honest, when I started it I had absolutely no idea how to make it. At the end it's just a random bunch of ideas and stuff. I just tried to make it interesting for myself, I'll be happy if you find it interesting as well. Cheers! If anyone's interested in the "behind the scenes" look - .

I didn't expect to see such a thread in QZ today at all :-)

You've managed to even match the singing words with some montage. How cool is that. The guitar and drum parts also nail on.
(Who would have guessed that Montreal had fitted right in.)

I admit I thought MOTBQ would be very tricky to do, how to find suitable clips for those myriad melodies.
You've got the power.

I think I know where that horse racing montage came from. But the SW and TLOTR and TH footage caught me off guard :D
(I put it in acronyme to not spoil it for others).

The climax is epic.

As for my personal taste, I would have stayed more strictly with 70 `s footage, but I can imagine the problems finding enough bits that would fit well I guess.

OMG the audio quality is amazing!Is this a remaster or something??Also is the pitch of this 440 Hz? Because in the original it is just a little bit higher I think.Really nice work on the video as well.This is perfect :).
