Don't expect any HD files recorded from portuguese tv station that as the tv rights. Portugal is maybe the only country in Europe that doesn't have their main tv channels in HD. You'll have to find in HD maybe from the same source as the webstream like the one from Rock In Rio Brasil.

And yes don't expect any HD files. RIR shows used to be broadcasted live on "SIC Radical" channel and and there's no HD.

A 700mb file in xvid 720*400 and with an average 1mbps bitrate it's maybe what we will get from portuguese tv recorders. The way they work leads me to think they are stuck in 2004, they think everyone still use emule and think people still have 512kbps adsl internet connections. They refuse to be in 2015.
