The Kurgan is a guy who used to write here, but got tired of the website's bugs, errors, and all the shit that carries a website which hasn't been mantained/modificated since long time ago.

Now, he just posts things in The Trader's Den - samples of great looking videos to download, info about his archive and to trade with him.

I have the info. that that transfer is from a film, owned by a guy who visits this site. Yes, the transfer that went into the DVD.

I don't know why they didn't used the footage from the BBC archive. Maybe they have more that those two songs.

When the camera is on Freddie you see these weird lines/artifacts. But I guess that comes with age. It's nothing too major. Guess I was overreacting a bit ;-)

I think you're referring to dropouts. Easily fixed, either by a better transfer, or a magical Avisynth script :)
