Funds will be used in an animal welfare project to help stray dogs in Argentina, and is held by Rotaract Club Junín Sur (a Rotary Club program).
This is the second time Brian helps in a project like this, organized by a Rotary Club in Junín, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I know it's for charity, but way too expensive, and the zero-rated score the seller has will put a lot of people off.
