isn't this a bit overpriced (for its overall conditions)?
what is the actual value?

Doing a quick search online, I've noticed that it (nearly always) sells for £300-400, and the examples I've seen have been in way better condition. This seems to be overpriced for the condition. Going by the average price, I'd probably value this one in the £100 region so, for me, it's a good £320 too much. That's just me, though - we all know that it's up to the seller (and buyer!).
I did see one in great condition at a record fair a few years ago at £150. I wish I had bought it!!
