I fixed the aspect ratio and contrast and touched up the audio a bit. I also tried to resync the audio. Many thanks to sikke van der veen for the original clip.

The picture looks very pixelated and I kept thinking it was something wrong with the render settings I was using but when I went back and watched the original file it was pixelated real badly there too so its nothing I did.
