It's from the last day of rehearsals for the Magic Tour at Wembley in June and was shown on TV in the UK around that time.
That girl interviewing (who just got out of the shower) certainly isn't from the Netherlands.

Also, in the first Interview with Brian he says they have done four gigs so far, which I think would place him in Paris or Brussels.

The video i watched also had the same name "Last day of reharsals".
