Nice read.
One thing that caught my eye is that the author implies that Freddie was born in England. I guess that the fact that he was born in Zanzibar was not common knowledge at the time.

Ouch... ! About 60 Bucks including shipping ( 24.50 USD) to Germany...that`s a bit rich for the missing two or three pages !
