As DepeX said, download Pittrek's DVD. It contains the medley in his RAW bad quality, and the spliced footage isn't presented there.
The Magic Years footage was added by The Real Wanker in the version I embed.

I have Pittreks DVD and the the footage is spliced, I could be wrong I'll double check but I'm 99% it is :)
