Yes, almost same bonuses in the two editions and nothing related to Knebworth.

Awesome.

So when will QP finally stop denying that they have a fair chunk of the Knebworth footage?

It's criminal that they didn't release these songs as bonus tracks on the Wembley DVDs.

I remember the topic about Knebworth where Greg said we should "expect the unexpected" and that "we should consider the option that we have all been misinformed" and that he can't say more than that ... Oh, and that we have to read between the lines.
So, I still think there's more Knebworth footage... Thus, one day there will be a Knebworth release (maybe audio) and then there'll be bonus footage, magically found just 2 weeks prior to the release... :-)

By the way, for having a "great archive" and an archivist Queen have big trouble in locating their stuff.
-->When Milton Keynes came out, they couldn't locate more than half an hour of footage from Tokorozawa...

-->When Wembley first came out on DVD, only some bits from the first night were said to exist... and then 8 years later we found out they had the ENTIRE first show, in great quality! Why wasn't that included the first time and - worse - why did they misinform us?

-->There's 38 minutes of Rainbow march '74 footage: to be released on a Rainbow rerelease in 2034??

At least the complete second half (from Is This The World We Created to God Save The Queen) exists on 16mm film shot by DoRo, together with backstage footage (most known is the bit with Freddie's "vocal exercise" which is interrupted by Roger, and footage of them walking to the stage) and some interviews. Because of sheer incompetence or laziness the same footage is labeled as Wembley (together with Mannheim footage and even some Budapest footage) on various releases and often mixed with real Wembley backstage footage.

And of course there's the helicopter footage (again shot by DoRo), One Vision shot by ITV, a significant amount of Status Quo footage, some Big Country bits ...

I doubt that was the case with Tokorozawa material on the Bowl DVD. I think they just decided not to put certain tracks which showed that Freddie's voice wasn't in best shape. Maybe they didn't have the multitracks so they couldn't fix those dodgy bits. I think the original VHS release of that gig was about an hour long. In my opinion Freddie didn't sound that bad. It might just be another of their fan-friendly production decisions.

It was then also said they had the complete multi track audio (for example also Calling all girls was released as audio track for the photo gallery!).
Freddie's performance in Tokorozawa is actually really really good. His voice cracks badly during some songs but for every bad crack there's an astonishing example of creative phrasing or making up for the occasional crack with sheer power. The show is very different compared tot Milton Keynes and that's why I think they should release - at some point - a box with the 2 complete shows. All they would have to do is fix a few cracks and some auto tune on Body Language :-) :-) :-)

The fast wwry, action this day, calling all girls, nih-put out the fire - dragon attack, cltcl,... All stunning performances... Edgy and energetic. Just the way I like it...

On My Way Up is there any chance you would like to give some information to the other seven billion of us when this was said by Greg Brooks?!!!!

Yeah, I'm not doubting what you said, I'm doubting whether QPL told the truth or not. I've never compared the Bowl DVD footage with the old VHS version to see if they did something with the sound. But yes I really like that gig too.
