Thanks to Strangefrontier for sharing it on youtube. I've been trying to get a hold of the original source file but to no avail. Oh well, we gotta make the best out of what we have. Still, big thanks goes out to Strangefrontier for sharing it in first place :-) Depex already did this video, however I reckoned that it can be improved better. Hopefully he'll forgive me that. Thanks, looks good but you normally trim the edges?

Well, the differences are so evident that it makes me think we have used different processes! Thank you very much. Just a question, what plugin/script did you use to enhance colours?

If the edges look as bad as in this video, then yes. The bottom edge was a bar of jittery rubbish, the sides were ok, but jittery. Overall I feel that trimming them improves the look and makes video less distracting. And no important information is lost.

Mainly Virtualdub for colour correction. Many filters which can deal with this. I suggest you to google and experiment :)

Yes, I agree.
But from your screen shot it looks like you didn't trim the edges.

I added them back on so it looks like it did before but the edges are not jittery. It's kind of hard to explain. I don't remember why I did that, probably I preferred the proportion of Freddie this way.
