Why wasn't Days of our lives on GH2 ?

Just wondering why they didn't put days of our lives on greatest hits 2 ?

Its a far better song than i'm going slightly mad which could be been left off the album.

Because it hadn't been a hit yet.

Hits II was released 28 OCT 1991
TATDOOL/BoRhap 9 DEC 1991

...........it was obviously fitting to release Bo Rhap after Fred's death and they needed a B side............

I don`t want to play the clever dick in hindsight...

At least it appears on the cringeworthy GH3

I'm Going Slightly Mad is excellent. Brings back some of that quirky, kooky Queen that made the Innuendo album comparable with classic 70s ones

I absolutely agree with this. Is not Slighty Mad vs Days of our Lives, as both are really nice songs..

Slighty Mad is this kind of humorous song yet still musically brilliant like some earlier Queen works like Bring Back Leroy Brown, Lazing On a Sunday Afternoon or Seaside Rendevouz.

I'm with you on that. If only GH3 ended with that song instead of Thank God it's Christmas though.

I'm quite glad they included X-mas on it, it was hard to find for many people before the digital age. The album itself? Well, it was a bit of a curio, but overall not completely unwarranted, as they did have a few big hits in the 90s that weren't included on any of the previous compilations.

I LOVE Queen + "Greatest Hits III"!!! :)

It was kinda disappointing when it came out. After Queen Rocks, it was a testament of QP scraping the barrel and leaving us with a weird compilation with lots of filler. 17 years later it's still a bit awkward.

No way, dude! It's totally righteous and legit! I love all of Queen's compilations anyway!

Not only do I prefer I'm Going Slightly Mad, but it has a far more entertaining video too.
