Apologies I haven't been able to find this via Google. Could I ask what the band are speaking below following lyric in song 'The Miracle':
2mins 19secs "Open hearts & surgery, Sunday mornings with a cup of tea"
Also I'm assuming same words are repeated below guitar solo at 2mins 47secs
Sounds to me something like: "alarm bells........ Go on"
Your help would be much appreciated please. Thank you.

Or is there a different meaning ? like the world is moving( wanders) on ?

Definitely "the wonders of this world go on"
The lyrics refer to a couple of the seven wonders (old and new) plus some other minor and major miracles . And a few random words thrown in to rhyme as usual

No. The wonders of the world, in this case, are the same as the miracles the song is describing.

Yes but it also literally mentions two official world wonders, taj mahal and hanging garden of babylon.
Plus wonders (or miracles) of science, music etc

Typo lol. I corrected it.

It's not really a 'hidden' lyric though? The line is even used elsewhere in the song, and this is just a refrain under the guitar solo....

Right. Just what I was gonna say. Only I felt it'd sound "mean" pointing out a "hidden" lyric that's blatantly right out in the open.
If my memory serves correctly it's even featured in the video at the first sign of the complete band. ... the band miming the words while mini Brian May walks the catwalk.
Hidden? .... bah!
Where's Garrett Morris ' s ".... for the hard of hearing", when you need him?

Hi thank you all for your replies, really helpful to clear up for me as I'm writing a piece of theatre & the song ties in in some way. The 'hidden' reference, apologies if ambiguous - I just couldn't make it out audibly & couldn't find in any lyric transcriptions.
Thank you, your help was much appreciated.
