and removed as much of the screen artifacts, stray pixels / dots and movement striping as i could, then colour corrected.
(I also started rebuilding missing bits of the Frames and stabilizing but got bored)

It looks very over processed (Because it is) but here's the sample if anyone wants to give an opinion.

Jesus! I love it, would be an outstanding upgrade!
Look great... It seems like we are going to have a decent version looks like an official release, if 8-10 more upgrades come :)
It would be amazing watching full concert like this.
Thanks again...

Looks great, thanks for your work on it!

Excellent work!!! if this could be restored in full, we would have a very nice improvment over the original video. I still can't understand why QPR refuse to release this gig. It was great!
Great job! I couldn't be bothered to do manual work on this video. So props to you :)
Sound - horrible, but I hope it's just a "temp" track.
Image stabilization - fantastic. Can I ask what did you use? Any automatic stabilizer I tried to use crops way too much of the image to be acceptable for me. Your stabilisation was great.
Colour correction - you removed the green tint, which is good (assuming the left part of the screen is your work), but the resulting image is too "flat". I recommend playing with things like contrast and saturation.
Detail - why does your video lack so much detail? Was it because of your original copy or because you considered the "surface structure" of the screen as noise or a combination of both?
Interesting work.

The sound isn't my work, The version of knebworth i have is very old and i think uses live magic tracks. It was the first thing i ever downloaded.

Thank you, i put the Section(s) i wanted to stablize into After effects and made my own border on a seprate layer. Then I used the warp stabliser with no croping (Which sends the video shooting around the work area rather than cropping it, and manually adjusted to keep it centered when it "jumped".
Other times i just centered the frame as i went along in photoshop.

I don't like the surface of the Starvision screen, it's okay in some areas, but when it get's lighter it's hard to see behind it.

There's a massive issue with the colours, it's far far too red for my liking, but tampering with it too much made the ghosting area around freddie turn yellow.

Thanks a lot for the info, are you doing (have you done) the complete video?
Vast improvement, although the crop is a bit messed up making Freddie look fatter in the remaster. Overall a great job though.
Despite some minor things this would be a huge improvement.
I like what I've seen so far!
The audio can't be Knebworth, since Live Magic's version would be Budapest.

Wonderful result! It's magic!
Nitroboy: the Under Pressure (Rah Mix) single contains Under Pressure live from Knebworth.
