We all know the audio on this one is dogs poo, but I had a go with a lossless audo transfer from my own VHS recording.
At least it's free of the pop, crackle and farts.
VCR Line out > soundcard Line In > Audacity > Flac 16 bit 44100 Hz.

YouTube:
It does sound a bit cleaner than the other sources for sure, the whole thing would be a worthy upgrade

Is there a QTV DVD version somewhere that snow hasn't been involved with?

This is very nice !
Is the video quality any decent too?
Even just the audio would be great to have in full. What's most important is it doesn't have that tinny sound from hiss reduction.

Sometime ago a new processed version from Houston 77 was uploaded here. It would be great if the forum member who did it could try something with Earl´s Court too. Can´t remember now who was the forum member who did it. A friend of mine listened to this version of Houston 77 a couple of days ago and he went crazy with the sound quality. Hope he reads this post and tries an improvement with EC 77 concert.
KURGAN, thanks for this! Really appreciatte your effort.
Regards.

The 2015 dvd shared on QZ had some issues with play back and the sound quality was also a bit iffy.
My direct copy from QTV has video interference and the image quality is sub par.
The Snow DVD's I have are very dark and low bitrate, the sound is also messed up.
I'll upload some video samples (with my audio) to YouTube.

Color correction would help a lot, but that color bleeding would remain the same. Check what do you think about images and audio below.

That can be reduced.
http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/178855 . I wouldn't bother with Earls Court though. I did do many tests some years ago. The Sniville & Pittrek version is good enough.

That's the difference. It's not as visible as before. Some parts including Freddie playing piano would still look bad, but other parts would be nice.
