The "radio" mix of I Can't Live With You is new to me. It's kind of a half way between the album version and the Queen Rocks version, as some guitars are higher in the mix and there are more real drums.

Yes, indeed. This mix has great more lively sound. One thing I don't like about it is the delay in vocal adlibs part at the end of the song. It's interesting that the same effect was used in the intro to 'Rocks' re-take.

BTW, we know three Queen-related mixes by Brian Malouf from 1991-1992 (not counting Wembley 12th July 1986 mix). And all are excellent. I mean 'Fat Bottomed Girls' (bonus remix), 'I Can't Live With You' (radio mix) and 'Driven By You' (radio mix a.k.a. new version)

1 - I was under the impression that Face It Alone was from the same tape source My Secret Fantasy etc was from - any reason for it not being here?

2 - Headlong - the video mix has a bit of extra guitar - any reason for that being absent?

So CMI, one question. ANATO will be for you more ease to do than Innuendo? What do you think?

1 - As far as I know Face It Alone is from 'The Miracle' sessions. I discovered this fact recently, so I will add it to 'The Miracle' CD3 in the future... Probably.

2 - Actually the so-called 'video mix' is a full length mix of the song which was (unfortunately) later slightly edited for the album inclusion. I restored this great bit in Track 3 CD1. Listen carefully and read the notes ;)

First of all, your post is the 1000th post in the thread!

I don't think it will be easier to work on ANATO set. I want to create new stereo mix (from 5.1), so there will be 3CDs. And actually I 'fear' of complexity of BoRhap multitrack. It seems I will spend a lot of time on it.

Ride the wild wind and, the mad mix of I’m going slightly mad are my personal favourites.

I’m only on my 1st so these are fresh. Like feeling the music for the first time.

I gotta say the artwork takes me back. I really paused on the artwork. There’s lots of comments on this forum about the music, yet CMI creates the magic we feel with each new release. Innuendo had really special artwork for each single and CMI has brought this forward.

I’ve listened to the bonus tracks and they are breathtaking.

Ride the Wild Wild Instrumental is, for me, better than than the vocal version. CMI is doing so much more than sharing what we having wanting to hear for so long. CMI, thank you.
