The rules:

Make your 'best of' or 'least objectionable' Queen disc by:

The band released 13 studio albums while Freddie was alive. ('Flash Gordon' was a soundtrack, and does not count)
1. Because they released 13 studio albums, your "Best Of" album must have 13 songs on it.
2. Each album must be represented (therefore, only one song per album).
3. Each song must be in the same track place that it is on for its original respective album (example: if you choose to have 'Tie Your Mother Down', it must be your first song, since it is the first song on 'A Day at the Races').

*Use the order of the 'Innuendo' CD.

*No official bonus releases are allowed.

4. Because of 'Made in Heaven', your bonus track can be any song from any position on that album.
5. And, if you so wish, you can add any additional 'Flash' song as an extra bonus to finish it off.
6. There are no time restraints.

1. Keep Yourself Alive
2. Father To Son
3. Jealousy
4. I Want It All
5. Crazy Little Thing Called Love
6. Somebody To Love
7. Keep Passing The Open Windows

11. Bohemian Rhapsody
12. The Show Must Go On

All but one so far are total fails.....use one #1 track, one #2 track, one #3 track.....not four #10s.

I had seen these rules listed for another band, and thought I'd place it here for a bit of fun to see what one is left with due to 'conflicts'. Tried a couple lists for The Beatles to kill time, and was surprised at how weak their lists were (too many at the same spot, and of course, all the nonalbum singles)

John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.

I cannot live by these rules :-)

So for every album, it's the following:

Great King Rat
The White Queen
Brighton Rock
Prophet's Song
Teo Torriatte
Fight From The Inside
Mustapha
Sail Away Sweet Sister
The Kiss
Dancer
Keep Passing The Open Windows
Gimme The Prize
Was It All Worth It
Ride The Wild Wind
Made In Heaven

My all time favorite will always be The White Queen
After that it could be Prohet's Song but closely followed by Was It All Worth It, and Fight From The Inside has a good fourth place...

I tried to pick a range of songs that I liked from all four band members which had a variety of Queen styles and sounds.  Obviously, I picked a few songs that are less liked by many, but are guilty pleasures for me (like Abba).  LOL

1. One Vision
2. Khashoggi's Ship
3. Another One Bites the Dust
4. I Can't Live with You
5. Action This Day
6. The Night Comes Down
7. Keep Passing the Open Windows
8. Nevermore
9. Who Needs You
10. Teo Torriate
11. Bring Back That Leroy Brown
12. God Save the Queen
13. More of That Jazz
