Correction - there is a logo for part of the song.

The version on YouTube you pointed to is the standard copy that's been circulating for ages. It's the almost complete show in pretty rough quality.

I know of neither answer.

I doubt it was QTV, as the quality isn't nearly good enough. The audio is super muffled.

It came out over ten years ago.

Surely someone around here must have a better back story !

The audio doesn't sound too muffled to me on those youtube clips.
Also, the Caracas concert shown on QTV wasn't so great quality wise was it?

Some of the material shown on QTV wasn't the greatest quality, and it's quite feasible a full (sub par) version of Rio first night was shown at some point.
Caracas was definitely shown (without logos) in the early days.

Somebody asked me for the ac3 audio from my DVD copy of complete first night as it sounds a LITTLE better than the common version.
It's pretty rough but does improve as it goes on, anyway here it is for anyone who's interested.
