All existing Rio 1985 audio and video

The fact that the full 1st night is in PAL and has no commercials makes me wonder if it does in fact originate from QTV and perhaps there is a better copy about (hopefully)

a long time ago i heard story that the 1st night footage was actually stolen from tv archive. not sure if that true but maybe because of this better quality except snippets doesnt exist. because no one have original footage anymore

If I remember correctly a former employee of QP made a copy of the first night back at the early ninetees. The tape was the raw video mix and was stolen from the archive and shared with a few collectors ( 2nd generation PAL VHS tapes) which leaked the tape through the fanclub.

yes, very true. A copy of the master tape was stolen.

I hope one day could emerge a better copy of that show...

The Masterplan DVD release is really terrible ....

But what is this ... Is it official release?

yes is from official rellease, last one was in 2012 live dvd set avalaible only in south america. but is just the well known 60min. version. they upload the whole thing on youtube here: youtube.com/watch?v=Z2s6LdX8wr8

while i was searching for some hq rio footage(especially canal 13 broad.) i found on youtube video i newer saw before. is full hq lenght of love of my life from 1st night. please can anyone tell original source so i can get the footage (i dont like youtube riping)?

'vivo' means live broadcast
