As you can see and hear the problem is the synchronisation. The sound is way too late.
I know here are some people who are able to make miracles. I'd love to have this video well synchronised without change of quality :)
Could you synchronize this vdeo of course if you have a lot of free time? If you can't please tell me.

Easiest solution:
Download the video with keepvid.com, and watch it with VLC Media Player.
As it plays, press J or K a few times until the audio lines up with the video.

Thanks! It works. Is it possible to save this change because I want to play this video on my TV through hard drive usb? Or I have to do it in some kind of video editor?

I suppose there's a book somewhere compiling the best/wittiest/funniest on-line rants by people who just got too frustrated with others' vagueness. I'd certainly buy it.
