Caracas 1981

Hey everyone,

Something that I just realised is that I have never seen Caracas in any documentary, does QPL not have the masters or because it's such bad quality anyway? I'd love to see even a little clip from their masters just to see what the quality is really like since all we have are really high generation copies with muddy sound!

I believe master tape of Caracas 1981 look better than Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo. QP probably don't have this one if it's true. And it could be recorded without band's permission. Someone said master tape has burned.
And yeah, if somebody has any other version, than Digital Dream, please share a sample!

The only ntsc video from queen caracas concert is the video that ia shared like two years ago,that video i provided directly from caracas venezuela, only a few of people has the same that shared, and i don't think that exist other ntsc video from high quality improved by anologue equipment,about master video tape; was destroyed,about digital producciones version, is vcd/svcd that was used, and the video that i shared i have since 2006 year that were circulated in some salers recorded music, that us information that i can give.

Herman Snow had other version with sound and quality different, I hear snipts

Which version of the concert did you shared? Can you provide a link or a sample? That version, then, it's the best version we'll ever manage to obtain? Or there's something else we don't know?

To me yes, but it's of course subjective. It was actually physically impossible for me to listen to the end of it, it literally makes my ears hurt. For a fair comparison this is WWRY fast from Kurgan's channel  and this is from the DVD I shared here (at least I think)  

I have to disagree with you on this one. For starters, your DVD sounds like it was recorded in a head wind by comparison!

So the master tape is destroyed ? Has this been officially confirmed by the band ? If that's a case then it's a great shame as without the master tape and an ability to do with it whatever they please, there is no hope for this concert being officially released :/
