This DVD was made from HD RES. only video materials and was edited in
MULTICAM technique, again by the greatest video editor - Michal Maron
- DVD include full show with very nice menu and interesting bonuses.

Why downgrading, do you sell this stuff and need physical media? If it's for free then just leave it as recorded, who wants interlaced SD anymore.
as long Im queen fan and collector I allways want to have ready bootleg material there to burn it on DVD disc to play it in DVD player and wtach it on TV screen. NOT on tablet or any smartphone ..
so You can even watch it on yur PC with any free player. VLC is very nice. HD resolution is still resolution and as long its multicam work . quality of this HD res is variable so not SD but just best possible.
DVD is a standard phisical media to archive it on and got it in your collection for years.
If we do our works we allways do them in best possible way so you got there menu, bonuses. Its a anserw for yor question about DVD structure. You can download it for FREE if you like from this site.
So, the HD quality is uneven and not so great. Maybe you should put this after (or instead) the pompous "This DVD was made from HD RES. only video materials", to avoid confusions.

to see how huge work was put in thisproject as in the other our pompous project that we done durring last 3 years
. wish you great time with lsiten to music and enjoy watching video more than write about it here about "HD res or quaity" even not see it yet.
Downloading. Still, generally the output quality is not in direct proportion with the amount of work or the dedication involved. It relies mostly on some critical production decisions (DVD or not DVD being one of them). A lot of official releases are proving this to be true.
What about the Warsaw 98?Is it a new source?

Its a nwe source. newly found from two fans who was there in 98
till this day is know one old source but this new one will complete this gig and will but some new quality in new mix.
but for god sake i will ever write its a HD Audio this time.:)
Finally! I was there! Gonna download it tomorrow! All I can say is that Incident is very proper title :) And can't wait to hear Brian's gig in Warsaw 1998 and Q+AL in Oswiecim,Poland 2016 when I was too.
