John 'volatile' at Madrid 1986??

Just rewatching bonus interviews on Days of our Lives Blu-Ray.

Roger alludes to an incident in Madrid.

Anyone know what happened?

John asked for a McChicken sandwich without mayo but they only went and put mayo on it didn't they. Anyway, John went back to speak to the manager but that wasn't necessary because they rectified his order without the manager becoming involved. It got really close to getting ugly but the situation passed without incident.

We don't speak about it anymore...

I heard he threatened to throw his bass at the manager....

It was a band argument, I believe. Bob however has some details about it though

This was a spanish paper, and is a fact most of the spanish media is pure crap, either by sheer stupidity or sensacionalism. So you should probably ignore it.
