He is NOT going to undo all the civil and human rights that have been hard-fought over the past few decades, that all excuses, when did he say that?

But i hope to at least undo all the plans they signed over the past few decades that took away jobs from this country, at least he talked about, no other candidates
did.

....

Such drama and hysteria ... Is the sky falling too?

http://nypost.com/2016/11/09/democrats-need-to-get-past-their-hysteria-and-move-on/

Clinton is the ultimate insider and chameleon whose views change at the whims of the polls.  Her "debts" to foreign nations via the Clinton Foundation, labor unions, ambulance chasers and Wall Street fortunately will not be paid.

Trump is an outsider that does not even have the support of the Republican party.  Very little of what he supposedly wants will get through Congress.

Maybe he will be able to reinstate slavery if he gets re-elected (sarcasm).
No use in discussing this anymore with you – we're not going to change each others' minds. (The slavery comment, by the way, is ignorant and completely uncalled for.) Also, the New York Post is not at all a credible paper, so you've destroyed whatever tenuous credibility you may have held prior to our discussion. You might as well have posted something from the National Enquirer. This isn't a "oh wah my side didn't get chosen" argument, yet you keep making it about that. I wonder if you'll ever see why people are so upset.

For the record, my mom was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer last year. She hadn't had healthcare for decades, because, as a contract worker, she couldn't get insurance without a full-time job. (Don't even ask why she couldn't get a full-time job. Her job security was destroyed during Bush's time in office.) But last year, she enrolled for the ACA, and was able to have a mastectomy, saving her life. She's been happy and healthy since then, until Tuesday when her hopes of having consistent healthcare were crushed – because Trump is going to repeal the ACA. She now doesn't know what she's going to do.

I hope to be wrong about Trump. I hope he does everything for the good of all Americans, regardless of age, race, religion, gender, or identity. So far, it doesn't look promising. But keep covering your ears and your eyes when citizens are being persecuted for not being white or straight. I certainly won't.

another liberal cry baby! Obama was a terrible president, terrorism is on an all time high, the economy is terrible, the country is billions in debt. that's how Obama has done for our country.
hillery would have been Obama part 2...no one could predict how Trump will do, but he is a good business man, hopefully could get out us out of debt and improve the economy. We also need a tough, no nonsense leader. we'll see how this all plays out. We won't know for a couple of years. Obama left us with a mess, it will take time to dig ourselves out of it. let's talk in 2 years...

Terrorism is on an all time LOW in the USA. Get a clue!

The country's debt isn't in billions, it's in trillions. While your sentiment is right, it sort of implies that you don't quite know what you're talking about. The debt ins't really Obama's fault. He did pretty much halve the unemployment rate though.

Trump is a bad and horribly unethical business man, it's hilarious to see people still believing otherwise. He isn't tough, because he gets incredibly offended when he is criticised, and he is all about nonsense - about two thirds of what he says is complete nonsense (check out the stats here: http://www.politifact.com/personalities/donald-trump/).  Oh, and he is now about to "end the war on coal" and accelerate global warming, because apparently 97 % of the worlds climate scientists are "driven by radical political agendas". https://www.greatagain.gov/policy/energy-independence.html The ignorance. It's tragicomic.

I never said I was a politics expert, but I live in New York and things have never been worse.. Bush was a lousy president as well, we need change!
the Clintons have run their course. Maybe Trump could turn things around, if he's a horrible president (can't be much worse than Obama/Clinton and Bush) we Vote him out.
Obama was suppose to unite the country, but he only made things worse. He let the Black lives matter movement destroy cities, like it's ok to kill Cops. BLM protest when a White Cop kills a black man (even if the black man was armed and had 20 arrests in his history) but when Blacks kill Blacks, no protests?....the highest crime rate is black on black crime, they need to clean their own house before crying racism. Don't be a hump and root for Trump!

Rarely do I respond to misconceptions about my Southern heritage. After reading some of these comments, I wonder how some of you know so much about a person like me. Hicks? Hillbillys? Poor and uneducated? Wow. I am from the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. The Deep South. I am none of those things. Yes, the Southern states voted for Donald Trump. We support gun rights, rely heavily on The King James Bible and we do not support abortion. Casting a vote for Clinton went against every belief the southern states hold. Do I have an accent? Yes I do. But so do most of you. Do I hate gay people and African Americans? No I don't. I have rarely posted in this group but I am a fan of Queen. I read some of these comments and thought wow, now I know what Freddie Mercury must have felt like.

Trumps biggest supporters are white males with low education. That's not really an insult, it's a fact. The name calling is unnecessary though, I agree.

Were people expecting a pat on the back for electing him as a president, then? With no good reason voting for him other than that Clinton might have taken your guns? It is your right to vote for your candidate, but it's not a right to be immune from criticism.

Gun rights was not the only reason Trump was elected. It was the one you singled out. I don't expect to be free of criticism. The majority of Americans got tired of Clinton corruption backed by Obama. The democrats backed the BLM movement as they slaughtered American cops in the streets. The Southern states stick to conservative candidates. I could care less if people criticize how I voted. But stick to my vote and not the fact that I am Sourhern followed by insults to my heritage. #winning

"The Southern states stick to conservative candidates". Fascinating how you are seemingly unable to form individual opinions. Voting Trump because "that's what we southerners have always done", not bothered the slightest by his view on global warming (which I guess you might not believe in due to your heritage), on women, on other ethnic groups, on disabled people. But I guess those few mean black people were more important than a global environmental catastrophy eh? I'm not sure the misconceptions you were complaining about actually were misconceptions.

Not debating this anymore in a queenzone forum. I don't know if you're American or just having an opinion to have one. If your American you need to go find your "safe space" and suck it up. You lost. If you're not, then you don't have a dog in the fight and your opinion doesn't matter. How's that for a little Southern hospitality? Checkmate. Now move along.

I love how you feel like you've automatically won an argument when you write things like #winning and "Checkmate" at the end.

I'm Swedish by the way. And this election concerns all of us. At 21, I'm in the generation that has to deal with the consequences of Trump's climate politics.
