BUT... can anybody determine the concrete time-frame of finalization out of the given hints ?

Cool - there isn't much higher praise than complimentary words from Steve Howe.

And his quote about working with other people is pretty damn bang on. He is so smart.

Sad to see him as the lone shark in Yes now, though.
