Queen in Puebla 10-17-81 87 min video- info requested please

hi everyone, from what i gather it is most definitely confirmed to exist (or so i read head on queenzone) and it has been shown they say-- the known copy is in hands of the pres. of club offical "queen en mexico", who has only released short seconds long clips, heavily watermarked and nothing else.

whats the deal here, how is it this queen fan club mexico president guy the ONLY person who is known to have a copy.

ive decided i really would like to see this, surely we can make it happen somehow. surely with queen fans worldwide contributing- he can be bought off. whats the deal here is it absolutely confirmed to exist then?

Of course - enough money can achieve pretty much anything in this world.

So we need:

1) people willing to chime in with $
2) that person's contact info
3) someone fluent in Spanish

Sounds easy enough, right?

But before you get too excited - don't underestimate the ability of some people to hoard. Having people wanting to feed at their trough, aching for more, is far more satisfying for narcissists than the good feeling of actually giving people something.

But my guess is Queen had a hard time in Mexico, eating kittens and dodging shoes. So they probably don't give a f*** about their video in that country. And quite rightly i say.

Yup - it definitely soured them. No incarnation of Queen+ or Bri/Rog solo ever went there again.

If you are serious and have the guy's contact AND are willing to pay him some money for a copy, count me in. However I doubt it will ever happen

hi again- does this same stuff apply for the master copy of the Monterrey video? i know more footage has surfaced of that 1compared to pueb- i have a friend in monterrey for the next few days. comeon queenzone who is the go-to Queen collector in Monterrey?

If it was that simple, we'd have a lot more stuff available to the public.

And we have a ton of stuff here. The overall available to hoarded ratio of known Queen tapes is about 100 to 1 - that's pretty damn good, I'd say ! About on par with most other of the great 70s acts.

Sometimes it really is that easy - to track down the taper. Very often these old guys just don't realize that there are a ton of people who'd want to see their old crappy quality film that's rotting away in their attic.

But of course, some people are a tad more difficult.

I have a version Boh Rap that I received a while ago from someone I knew in Mexico and the Quality is amazing! Going to see if I can contact him again!
