I'm saving up for my son's college enough to cover all four years of his education. You know how expensive higher education is so I am planning it in advance and that I won't be financially loaded when the time comes. I wonder if there is an institution or financial company that you can recommend that would be able to assist me in achieving this.

Send him to Europe to get his education.

Not only will his education probably be better, but it's free in many countries, even for foreigners.

So with only flights, room & board, and daily expenses now on the list, I've just saved you 75% of the cost.

You're welcome :-)

I don't know where you live but you shuld consider to send the child to Germany. Of course it will cost you to feed, clothe and shelter the child but the universities are not expensive, just take a look here

I do not want any google ads here.

I'm also trying this and I'm really hoping it will help our family get through the finances we are about to face.

It's still a loan = not good.

Don't rack up debt. There are hundreds of free schools in Europe.

Room & board in a place like Germany is far cheaper than tuition at a US school plus the interest.

It's crazy that people en masse send their kids to schools in the US if money is tight. There are other options.

There are also great and free universities in my country - if you don't know where I live you haven't been here a long time :D

Or it's just that I don't post very often :')

Have you considered getting an educational plan?

I agree with The Real Wizard: In Europe, college is so much cheaper than in the US - in some countries like Germany it´s even completely free. Though it´s almost impossible to get apartments/rooms in some cities.
