Quite an odd piece, that I haven't seen anywhere else before. Have you? I found it in the most peculiar place of all, for Queen at least. It's listed at TTD as Los Angeles, should be in NTSC.

Well yeah, they're driving down Sunset Boulevard in L.A.

I saw it some time ago, might have been on youtube back when it was discussed on here before http://www.queenzone.com/forums/780518/miracle-interview-los-angeles-brian-roger.aspx

I have this full thing in DVD. Uploading now on Mega.
Looks like genuine NTSC.
7 minutes interview with Brian and Roger and 30 minutes of Rio, Japan '85, Hyde Park 2005 and Saturday Night Live.

This copy is from a 1989 VHS tape though. Hard 'N' Heavy vol. 3. Hence the peculiar place.

I checked again, it's looks like the VHS release was in PAL http://www.discogs.com/Various-Hard-N-Heavy-Volume-3/release/7052593

That's right. The one I have is NTSC, looks like the same thing, but renamed as "Classic Trax". About 90 minutes.
Also have segments with Kiss, Thin Lizzy, The Doors and others, but not the same as the VHS from that link.
I just checked again. Looking closer, seems like PAL converted to NTSC, really.
