As far as I know, unfortunately, this one is a recent fake promo.
Yes, there are a lot of fake picture sleeves from Brazil and Mexico in the web these days and also from the Iberian Peninsula a lot of fake sleeves for regular singles appeared on ebay. But when I see your scans this one looks pretty and genuine in a way.
