Queen and product placement

Adidas, Puma, Heineken, Ray Ban are brands that I strongly associate with Queen.
Wonder if Queen had been paid for product placement by these major brands.
Were they doing it for free???
I know Freddie participated in de beers diamond advertising campaign.

Pepsi as well.
