Interesting... It could be good to hear something from Queen. Thanks for the info.
Get your head down baby - we're gonna ride tonight...

I'm sure this will be interesting. Mick Rock has a lot of interesting stories to tell like here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ukdc6JDzjMA

I should probably have given this thread a better name so people click on it.

For anyone wondering about the Queen content in this docu, I watched it early this morning and it only amounts to about 5 minutes. Mick talks a bit about the Queen II photo shoot mainly and they show a bunch of pics from the shoot (along with some early live shots), nothing we really haven't seen before. I was expecting a bit more, considering he did publish an entire book about his photo shoots with them. The doc spends much more time on Bowie and Lou Reed, and they have some backstage Bowie footage as well as some audio tapes of conversations between Rock and Bowie/Reed. For anyone interested in the glam period/punk scene, Bowie, Reed and rock photography, it's definitely a worthwhile venture, but if you're just interested in the Queen content, there's not much there.

Well I don't think any of us were expecting Iolanthe at the Savoy, mate.

Seems there's a typo in your response? I don't understand what you're saying.

OK, I see it's a Gilbert and Sullivan opera, but I still don't understand your (somewhat condescending) response.

Jeez, I hate that you can't edit your posts on here, lol.

Of course that period should be a comma. ;)
