^ The original version of 'Let Me Live' starts with 'Take another little piece of my heart now baby...' gospel choir along with 'oooh....' after count-in.
The final common version features onyl 'Ooooh..' after count-in.
If you have original version on your CD, please post several photos of your edition. Thanks.

I didn't think there was a full version with Rod Stewart? It wasn't finished was it?

So I finally got round to checking my Pre official release date Dutch CD and its the same as everyone elses. Still has the Free badge on it and cost me 42.95 Guilders as it appears I never took the price off the case. Anyhow, If there is a Dutch version that's different it never made it to Den Haag. I was always very pleased that I got to listen to it a couple of days early though. Back in those days there were no internet teasers. I think QMS was going back then, run by Sheri. I probably made a comment about it on there.

The original "Let Me Live" is in these official widespread releases:
- US advance listening promo cassette tape by Hollywood Records
- First withdrawn edition of the Mexican CD, by Parlophone/EMI but pressed in the US by Capitol
It is also included in some reference CD-Rs (Abbey Road Studios) and tapes (Chop 'Em Out, Abbey Road Studios).
As far as I know, there is no proof of a Dutch CD pressing containing this version.
The promo double CD sampler from Argentina contains the regular version.

Wilki, thanks for this detailed info.
Is there a photo of first withdrawn edition of the Mexican CD by Parlophone/EMI ?
Is it proper release with full color booklet and 'Q'-spine tray...?

I'll upload some photos of the first pressing of the Mexican CD, along the promotional US cassette tape which also has the original version of Let Me Live.

Here's the back sleeve of the Mexican CD, with the characteristic "219" number below the bar code.

Please note this CD was a commercial release, not a promo.

Regular dark gray tray, no Qs on spine.

The Capitol matrix number is DIDP-088139 1.

A difference between the Mexican CD editions is that this withdrawn version has very little text on the edge (I mean the edge of the actual CD surface), basically just Queen (c) 1995 or something.
The regular Mexican edition has a very long blurb in Spanish, common for all Mexican releases.
