It is a great one. Its the book I always suggest to those who are looking to find a genuine Freddie book. Peter includes all the good and the bad. Feels very genuine.

Hmm... Interesting post but I have to be "that guy"... many of the things posted here match what we know about Freddie but much of it contradicts what is in 2 well known books. {They werent written by people who knew him so I dont take them seriously but many fans do} One topic being that Freddie was gay. I always assumed he was and all those who knew him say he was but every site online says he was a "known bisexual". Are they calling him that because he was with Mary? Mary said that he told her he thought he was bisexual but from what I understand he didnt sleep with any other women. Leads me to believe he was just gay and couldn't cough up the words. Mary also said that he tried another time to come out to her and according to Mary he tried very hard to say it out loud but couldn't admit it. She said "Are you trying to tell me you're gay?" And apparently he just smiled. Like "yes! You've got it! I dont have to say it."

Is there any way we can get a picture of you now, Thor? We all know your face so it would end any speculation. Ive mentioned this thread to a few Queen fans who are not happy to hear that Freddie was gay and they've taken to saying "thats not really Thor". Yes i have to agree, most Queen fans do not like their hero being gay. A very stupid way of thinking imo. Apparently all the things you've spoken about have been listed in other books or could have been made up, according to them. Nothing so far proves to a pretty large group of people that this is really Thor Arnold.

Dustin, they call him bisexual on those sites because of Lesley-Ann Jones' book. A woman who doesn't even have a photo with Freddie. Someone who has been proven to be a liar by multiple people who knew freddie, and the lies in her book were "called out" by many of those who knew him. She known for waiting until celebrities die to write books on them and claim to have been close friends with them. She got caught lying about being at a ton of Queen events and made herself looks pretty stupid. However, because she called her book the "definitive biography", people just assume its genuine. Heres a little insight from Mike Moran (who worked with Freddie and is still good friends with Chris 'Crystal' Taylor)

Thats an actual conversation she had with Mike. She didnt know Freddie as a friend, so she made stuff up. Shes the only reason anyone thinks freddie wasnt gay. She worked VERY hard to gay erase him in her book. She was the one that printed the Barbara stuff we know was a lie. She was also the one that completely glazed over David Minns (Freddie's first official boyfriend and the man he felt strongly enough to have "that" conversation with Mary for). She simply said "he had a brief fling with a record company worker". His name was David and he was the first man Freddie exchanged "I love you's" with as an adult. It was a three year relationship (a far cry from a brief fling). She definitely had an agenda.
Shes hated by many people who knew Freddie personally lol. You can thank her for that awful channel 5 docudrama with John Blunt. The one Brian, Roger and Freddie's family tried so hard to stop. That alone speaks volumes to me.

Why the hostility? I also agree that he was gay. I'm saying it pisses 80% of his fan base off to know he was so they're claiming you arent who you say you are. So to prove it I asked for a photo. Ive read all your comments. No I don't see why anyone wouod pretend to be Thor but nothing you've posted here proves that you are Thor. I dont think you know how crazy most of the fan base is. So a picture would end it all. May we have one? I understand you're 62 now but we all know your face. It wouldn't be hard for those who want to challenge anything here to drop it when they see that.
