A bit odd - I read Peter's book early last year. Hasn't it been out for while?

He did add some titbits for the 2015 edition, such as the original plans for 'Races' being to record it in Portugal (no, really!) and some really interesting info on the 'Flash Gordon' OST.

Yes Sebastian. That's what I find a bit odd, promoting a book that was released in 2015 on Irish radio now.
It's also odd that Dave Fanning is interviewing. He despised Queen back in the day. His comments on Irish radio news the night Freddie died still get my blood pressure up.
(If I have this wrong Dave please let me know).

I heard the interview and it clearly happened because of Ratty's recent comments about the Bowie sessions. You're dead right about Fanning hating Queen. The conversation was mainly about those sessions and Under Pressure yet after they said their goodbyes he played Killer Queen because it's their only good song in his opinion.

He's not promoting his own book. The interview is about a new book on Bowie from another writer, where Peter left his memories.

He said that Freddie probably died in 1991.
