Now I'm aware this was probably previously discussed (but I can't find anything xd), but what has happened to Rio 12.01.85? I mean, it seems like footage does exist, was the whole of the Queen setlist recorded? Pro audio? And do QPL own the recording and audio for the gig?
Thanks in advance.
Nick.

From Ratty's book:
"Following the second Queen show, I was asked another favour. Would I stay behind for a few days and wait for the tapes and video of the show that had been recorded locally, and personally courier them back to London? Yes."

We'll probably get a boxset of this in 2015.

Ah right, thank you, so I presume something does exist then within archives? Anyone know if it was shot in 35mm? That would be a great release.

It was videotaped by Globo TV.

The officially released RIo gig is already a combination of both nights.
