Queen
Empire Theatre
Liverpool, England
December 6 1979

Likely a first gen copy, but it cannot be confirmed.

The transfer is overblown starting with track 10 (Don’t Stop Me Now), and gets progressively worse.

It is still a giant upgrade over any versions previously available. And Freddie is in fantastic voice!

The audience sings You'll Never Walk Alone to the band before the encore.

For posterity, the original recording was done on three sides of tape.

So Side 1 is tracks 1-9. Side 2 is tracks 10-18. Side 3 is tracks 19-23.

I think the one in http://www.queenzone.com/forums/1487794/1979-12-06-empire-theatre-liverpool-uk-remaster-kind-of.aspx

is from the same tape as this. In the song "Save Me", the audience singing is the same in both versions.
