Sharing songwriting credits

Would Queen had better songs and albums if they all shared songwriting credits from the beginning? How would they turn out if they did that?

Perhaps not better songs, but certainly less worse ones? I'm looking at Fun It mainly.

Can anyone name bands that have done that and have been as successful over 20 year span?

I'm sure there are a few... just can't think of any. But i would think not that many.
