The last time QAL performed in Nottingham Freddie’s Mom was in the audience and Brian introduced her. I believe she has passed away since then.
Yes, she passed away November of last year. Which is why I was asking if Brian (or Roger) mentioned her at all, or if Kashmira attended tonight's show. But I guess posting about world clocks and AL having a good time, and linking to an AL pic is somehow of more importance than Freddie's mother or Freddie's sister being mentioned or passing along news if his sister attended

BWWW when I saw them in Notts last time round Jerle was in the crowd and she was spotlighted. LOMY was for her and Fred, it was a lovely moment. The atmosphere was electric that night and they were superb, unlike on Friday.
Yea, that was very special LOTV. That concert is probably my favorite of all Q+AL shows...I don't think that can be topped. I'm surprised that Brian or Roger apparently didn't mention anything this time around, would have been nice if they did. But oh no, the crap about Gift from God, magnificent AL, was 'worthy' of a mention instead...so yesterday's show leaves a bad taste in my mouth from what I've seen so far. I just hope AL kept his banter about Frank and head, humping the mic moves to a minimum last night.

How wrong you are. I guess my thoughts about DOOL, Freddie's mother and sister are negative in your eyes? You can't even understand why I bring that up. I guess you are insulted, upset whatever it is, by my views because it has nothing to do with AL and therefore you lash out again.
I know what I had hopes for in the Nottagham show, a word about Freddie's beloved mother, if his sister attended, and if DOOL would have been played. That would have been very nice, maybe the nicest thing that could have been done during this tour up until now. Instead we get Brian saying things once again to hype up AL, he is magnificent, Gift from God, blah blah.. I could have done without it during yesterday's concert. I hope it doesn't happen during the London concerts.
