First post didn't work. I'm new to Queenzone. Anyway, let's see if this works.

I've recently gotten on a Queen kick and I've been working like a dog trying to find the best versions of Queen's Live Career with Freddie (1970 - 1986). I've come up with a pretty good list. It's from a selection of different forums I've come across, different comments from Youtube videos of bootlegs, and personal preference. Please help me fill in some of the blanks, and also feel free to discuss narrowing down options for best version. The songs are in order of the albums, the versions are in no particular order.

Wow - great first post. You really have done your homework.

Makes me want to re-listen to so many things again.

One show you haven't mentioned is Buenos Aires 3-8-81. Give that audience tape a listen - it's one of the best shows they ever played.

I also love that Buenos Aires show! I know they did great versions of Jailhouse Rock, Somebody to Love, and Love of My Life. Need Your Loving Tonight is pretty funny on that night though. Do you think any songs from that gig belong in this list?

Best version of Hangman is Milwuakee 1976.

Also, this list looks like a complete copy paste of the list I made on reddit (with a few additions here and there).

The dates are month/day/year (unless I accidently mixed one up. Also, as an update, I'm currently trying remaster these selections, so if anyone wants to make suggestions for best version, let me know.

I propose adding:

Liar (Santa Monica '75 for the wild cowbell intro and the raw "buzzsaw" guitar sound)

We Will Rock You ... slow (Houston '77 for Roger's harmonies and drum syncopations)

Love of My Life (Houston '77 for the beautiful acoustic guitar rendition free of audience participation)

I Want to Break Free (Knebworth '86 for the powerful audience participation)

Crazy Little Thing Called Love (2nd Wembley '86 for Spike's additional keyboards)

Thank you guys for giving me more suggestions. I've never done this before, and I'm glad to see both newbies and oldies contributing!

See what a fool I've been-Golders Green 1973(probably the closest to the BBC version)and champions video shoot 1977(numerous high notes free of cracks)

Imagine...08/12/80 @ Wembley Arena.

Only time i think it was played live ( may be wrong though )

Great list and would be good if this could ever be released in a scaled back kind of form as part of a deluxe live retrospect spanning their entire touring career.

Funny i have been on a Queen listening kick again as well, been a while but no one better live in my opinion ( even on their off days )

For See What A Fool I've Been, might I suggest the 3/31/1974 performance at the Rainbow and the WATC video shoot concert?
