Obviously fake as the seller has more all used with similar marker felts.. and The Game Lp is in to good contion to be 38 years old.
Fake as hell, as everyone else said. Another red flag, and perhaps someone could clarify if I'm wrong, but weren't pressings of The Game packaged in foil sleeves in 1980?

The foil sleeve was a different pic too - part of the issue for subsequent reissues has been that they don't have the original artwork, and can't re-scan a foil sleeve to get it either.
