Recording notes.
This show was recorded using an Olympus DM7 Digital voice recorder with internal stereo microphone in seats at the side of the arena with a great view of the stage.
i recorded in wav at 16bit because this particular Recorder can not record in 24bit.
i used a wide zoom setting for the mics to try and Capture as much sound from the arena as possible.
The sound itself is a little bit crunchy but not overly distorted, these recorders are really not designed for this kind of thing.
Still, I would rate this recording as VG but people may have different opinions.
Due to the fact that I am totally blind you will here things about the stage being described to me occasionally.
File notes.
these files were split and the bace was boosted using Amadeus Pro and then converted to flac.
tagging of the files was done using xACT 2.44.
I hope you enjoy this recording as much as i enjoy recording what was a truly excellent show.
Feel free to share this recording where ever you like but only convert to mp3 for personal use.

As far as I can tell, I am the only person to have shared anything from this current series of queen shows. A couple of clips from Adelaide on youtube but that's about it. i would like to get all of them but even on dime there is no luck.

Playing Down Under in Australia encapsulates everything that is wrong in Queenland.

They'll use God Save The Queen as their outro music next.

I don't get what's wrong with it ... aren't Men At Work from Australia?

And I don't think using God Save The Queen is nearly as offensive as it'd be in Ireland, which is why they didn't use it there even in 1979.

Why would the Aussies want to listen to those "Stuck Up Pommies"?
