Dear Ohio,

I was not aware of your tender age and offer apologies. One doesn't know these things from simple posts. May you enjoy Queen's music to your heart's content.

how did you first hear of queen? or basically what got you to seek out this forum?

Jimmy Dean way back in 2011 I believe my grandpa and my dad were talking about Freddie Mercury. That's when I first found about Freddie and then Queen.

It's not hate ohioMustapha, it's just us adults and our humour, we can, on the face of it, be quite cruel to each other. But there's normally nothing personal.
Looking forward to your posts.

I don't know how you are old, but I think it doesn't matter.
I like when members opening topics and participate in threads.
Whether I writing in some thread or reading some topics it's my decision. :)

We appreciate your interest in Queen and wanting to talk to us about them. How many songs and versions do you know about? You're already bringing up b-sides and demos!

Just be very careful with forums and the Internet in general, it is a hostile environment for children. Could you ask your dad to help you when you're browsing these places? You really shouldn't spend a lot of time alone around here.

Nick browning: your comment needs more exposure. Head on a stick. That’s what you deserve.

If you have any decency, you should delete your own post.

If you’re actually 10 as you said, that means you were 3 or 4. I think I started listening to Queen when I was 5 :-) my uncle had news of the world, another one bites the dust and crazy little thing called love 45s. That was back in 1989/1990. Figured the rest out through my local library and then eventually I got internet... I’m that old! But probably amongst the younger ones in this forum at 33.

Now my 2 year old son keeps asking me to play we will rock you, seven seas of Rhye, break free and says daddy plays guitar when I put on tie your mother down (as I can play it and it has a distinctive opening riff).

Welcome to the forum! In fact I don't mind your posts as they are, I think most people don't. Just tone the activity down a little bit, that is all :)

33, man you're almost a grandpa! :) I'm 21 and I know a few others round here who are around my age or younger.

Maybe, but I get the feeling a lot are older. Ohio, maybe you get another one of your voting buttons on a separate thread asking people to vote Based on age: under 20, 20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60+

I’d set it up but I don’t know and don’t feel like learning at the ripe old age of 33.
