We know that during the "Works" tour, for "Break Free", Freddie would dress as he did in the video, complete with false boobs etc... So... If they had toured in 1991,and indeed performed "Slightly Mad" Live in concert, would Freddie have worn the wig/suit and had someone in a gorilla suit tossing bananas into the crowd? :-)

That would be cool

I'm sticking close to what they did on The Magic Tour. I wonder whether they would've performed Too Much Love Will Kill You, a song recorded for The Miracle album, but not on there?

Not a full setlist, but I would love to have seen a start with a taped "Party" and the band kicking in with Khashoggi's ship. WHO SAID THAT MY PARTY WAS ALL OVER?
I want it all and breakthru and the Miracle would be high on my list too.

I could see a Miracle tour happening in my head. With the more "sober" clothes and stage design from the I Want it All video, and all. They still keep only Spike Edney as a backup musician (even though I'd love to see them going the "second guitarrist, keyboardist and 3 backing singers" route!), and we pretend that Freddie is still healthy enough to sing in the same intensity as the Magic Tour.
For a setlist, I kept most of the The Magic Tour setlist, excluding only most of the oldies (save for one), the Lap of the Gods/Seven Seas/Tear it Up medley, which was really unnecessary to begin with, and kept the rest mostly the same. All songs keep their 1986 arrangements, except those that state otherwise:
Queen - A Night at the Miracle Pavillon
Regular Setlist:
01 Breakthru [with pre-recorded "A New Life is Born" intro]
02 Tie Your Mother Down
03 The Miracle [piano intro from Death on Two Legs as intro]
04 Khashoggi's Ship
05 A Kind of Magic
06 Under Pressure [Freddie's vocal improv right before it]
07 Another One Bites the Dust
08 Who Wants to Live Forever [Freddie has a monologue before it]
09 I Want to Break Free
10 Drum and Guitar Solos [guitar solo based on Chinese Torture]
11 Now I'm Here
12 Love of My Life
13 Too Much Love Will Kill You [piano and synths only, Brian on piano]
14 Is This The World We Created?
15 I Want it All [with the single version arrangement]
16 Hammer to Fall
17 Scandal [has a cold start rather than the album fade-in, also ends cold]
18 Crazy Little Thing Called Love
19 The Invisible Man [ends cold as well, instead of fading out]
20 You're So Square (Baby I Don't Care) [standalone, full-lenght version]
21 Bohemian Rhapsody
22 Was It All Worth It? [keyboard intro instead of original]
First Encore:
23 One Vision [no intro, cold start with guitar riff]
24 Radio Gaga
Second Encore:
25 We Will Rock You
26 Friends Will Be Friends
27 We Are the Champions
28 God Save the Queen
For a start, Breakthru would sound GREAT as an opener, with John actually playing the bassline instead of using synths, and Spike playing the organ underneath it all. The song is taped until the "NOW!" bit, and from then on, they take the stage.
The Miracle, with Freddie giving a nice little nod to the ANATO tune before it, would keep its arrangement mostly the same. Freddie on piano, Spike playing the synths, and so forth. But instead of the outro, right after the "Peace on earth and end to war... today!", they segue right into Khashoggi's Ship, played mostly as-is from the album version.
Roger's drum solo would make a return, after not being there for the Magic tour, right before Brian's guitar solo. Which would of course sound a hell of a lot like Chinese Torture, to the shock of no one.
Too Much Love Will Kill You, despite not being on the album, would most probably still be played, as they seemed to like it a lot (and to be pretty pissed they couldn't include it!). I'd guess it'd have the same arrangement as on the Tribute concert, except of course with Freddie singing. Brian on piano, and Spike playing the synths.
I Want it All would have the acapella single intro, and, besides that, mostly keep its original arrangement. I don't think Freddie would play acoustic guitar on this one, and Spike would be busy with the synth parts, so I guess we just remove that part...
Instead of fading in, Scandal would probably already start with the main riff, and keep the original arrangement. But instead of fading out, it would have a cold ending, of course.
The Invisible Man would still keep its original intro, with again the synth bass being replaced with real bass by John. And also, instead of it fading out as it does on the album, it would end cold, probably with one last acapella "I'm the invisible man!". I could also see them stretching this one out and improvising around it, specially in the middle section of it, as they did with other songs before.
I kept You're So Square (Baby I Don't Care) from the oldies medley, but could have chosen any of the others, or even put in Jailhouse Rock instead of it. So it's really up to you, which one of the rock classics they'd keep, if any. All I know is the chosen song most likely would be played in its entirety, instead than just a piece.
Was it All Worth It, the regular concert closer, would replace that complex intro with some different, much shorter keyboard intro, courtesy of Spike Edney, of course. Besides that, this fantastic rocker would keep its arrangement almost intact, only cutting out the more "operatic" bit in the middle. That would make a HELL of a show closer.

Here is a question... how many of those miracle songs woild have made great live songs?
There was a interesting comment I remember reading here that the miracle songs could have created a bit of a "live" nightmare with different time/key changes and the extensive use of synths (Hotspace was a good example of an average synth laiden songs sounding great live) would miracle been an example of great recording songs sounding a little out of place live???
What about their touring layout????
Would they have remained a stadium band like GNR have, for most of their live shows. Or would have Queen gone back to being a slightly more cosy/personal arena rock band with the likes of rock bands such as Metallica that went to a peak with sell out stadiums then going back to doing more arena gigs?
