Just watched in horror a television commercial using Flash song to promote Flash cleaning product.Who allows this ? Are Brian and Roger short of a bob or two? Our is it the record company?

Brian said on his website that Freddie actually said, on his deathbed, while watching Wayne's World, that he wanted a dog with a CGI mouth to sing "Flash".

Lol!!! I think the Advert is quite funny. There are 2 versions.

I don't think Brian & Roger have as much say as you would think about how their music is used tbh.

I read somewhere a while ago, I think on Brians site, that he was aware of this being used and that he was surprised that they hadn't been asked before. Seems he was OK with it.

The advert "Another one bites the duster" (selling a cheap car) is far worse....

Back in the day Brian claimed he wasn't sure about writing Driven By You for an advertising campaign because he felt advertising was a dirty word. Changed his tune now hasn't he? That "Another One Drives A Duster is horrific.
