Queen (definition of what “Queen” is may vary) have only played this song a handful of times, but this is possibly the first and only professionally recorded version. Roger makes a mistake!
EXTRA: 02 QUEEN - ROCK IT (PRIME JIVE) (FREDDIE MERCURY LEAD VOCALS, 1981-02-28 BUENOS AIRES)
Another version in enjoyable quality, originally discarded.
EXTRA: 03 BRIAN MAY & ROGER TAYLOR - WE WILL ROCK YOU (DUET, 2001-03-19 ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME)
A cool and unusual duet, featuring Roger in the last verse. Too many WWRY versions in the collection already, but as an extra it's OK.

So nice! We get an alternate unused take from Freddie, although with less ad-libbing.
18 UNDER PRESSURE (ALTERNATE VOCALS, RAW MULTITRACK MIX WITH EXTRA BITS)
Yet another wonder brought by a newly leaked multitrack. A completely unused vocal take (with a familiar excerpt from the “Rah Mix” version, discarded vocals by Brian and lots more) and many, many smaller details, such as the buried sax by Bowie.
32 YOU ARE THE CHAMPIONS (LOCKDOWN JAM, 2020-04-16)
Ah, the COVID-19 global pandemic: such fond memories of the mandatory lockdown, lost jobs, economy down the drain… At least it brought us this new, shorter instrumental rendition of WATC, later completed and released as a charity single.

From the recently surfaced multitrack, this one reminisces of the well-known demo “Feel Like”, which shows how it was an early version of Under Pressure.
41 IT'S A HARD LIFE (HYBRID MIX - BY GOLDEN SALMON)
A fresh take on the album version. It features a clean intro with audible guitar to the actual song (without the “Vesti La Giubba” inspired prelude), and the last verse features the one different Freddie line from the 12” mix that isn’t present in the album. Also, the isolated harmonies from that same mix support the final “Looove!” part at the very end.
EXTRA: 01 Play The Game (no synths, no fade out)
Just the regular, previous mix version without the newly added piano intro.

- Completely redone tracklists. The updates over time made them messy, which is fixed now. Also, two tracks traded their places in vols. 2 and 3.
- Several file names, folder names and ID3tags updated and corrected.
- Additions and QOL changes in the PDF document to reflect the updated content and improve readability, as well as a few corrections.
- MP3 version updated accordingly.
It is also of note that a few more things have surfaced over the last year (such as Sleeping On The Sidewalk - first take with studio banter shared by CMI in his NOTW Expanded Collections), and there's at least one more "Brian May +" track (Bohemian Rhapsody with Rick Wakeman), all of which is too recent for me to want to add here, so I urge you to go to the source to get them if you're so inclined.
Here's hoping you enjoy this final update. Downloading the whole Unusual Anthology again to avoid mixing up revisions is recommended. Feel safe to delete previous versions, as there are only additions and upgrades in the final version.
