If I remember correctly, it is from the 2015 official documentary called From Rags to Rhapsody.
Indeed, as Dim said, that is taken from the Rags to Rhapsody documentary. No "flac of it".
Yes, as Ale and Dim said before, this is taken from a documentary called Rags to Rhapsody, there's no flac.
It's not rare - it's on a still available commercially available release.
