Vocal Harmony We do not care about what Queen was and what they become they are still regarded as Rock n Roll legends and that is why they are inducted in The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! After saying that if Freddie had not joined Brian & Roger we would have no Queen at all so thanks to Freddie the magic was started by him alone. He was the business head in the band the most creative and the most artistic. Could you ever see Brian or Roger writing Bo Rhap or Somebody to love?
Actually John Deacon was the business head of the four, not Freddie.
No Brian and Roger would never have written Some Body To Love or Bo Rhap. You obviously thing John could have as you haven't included him in your statement.
Freddie on the other hand didn't write Father To Son, White Queen, Brighton Rock, Now I'm Here, Tenement Funster, Good Company, I'm In Love With My Car, Tie Your Mother Down! White Man, Long Away, Spread Your Wings, we Will Rock You, Fat Bottomed Girls, Bites The Dust, A Kind Of Magic and many more. And the further you go into the 80's the les impact a lot ( not all) of Freddie's writing had. Add to most of the songs the harmonies and Brian Mays guitar sound it was never about just one persons input whether as a writer or musician/singer
Dont forget Freddie ignited the flame and got Queen into the big time and he was the one that made folk sit up and listen.
May & Taylor where just about to quit until Freddie stepped in and his grand master plans were in place, new band name new direction etc....... the rest is history.

Hahaha! Are you *trying* to be a parody of yourself? Because you're definitely succeeding!
So, aside from your zero people skills, you also know nothing about music. What a surprise...
Lay off the Flova Scotia "question mark boy-girl"

His so called "master plan" needed the best rock band to accompany him, without BM and RT Freddie would have been lost in the disco/pop inferior type of music world.
That world were stupid twats and unicorns live along side tampons and Flova Scotia addicts.
When Freddie approached May & Taylor they were ready to call it a day, but Freddie made them listen to his plans to get them noticed.
If Freddie never turned up Queen would never have been born. Nothing wrong with pop / disco as there has been many brilliant artists from that era.
nothing wrong but much inferior
His plans would never been accomplished without BM and RT
Maybe if he was really lucky Freddie solo as a musician would have been an opening act for Elton John.
Sorry do not agree, Freddie was mega talented and i am sure he would have found the niche that he was looking for.
Sure Brian Roger & John made the winning formula for Queen but Freddie was the mastermind behind the image, crest, direction and some of the music.
Come off it - if neither party had got together, it's a million times more likely Freddie would have gone on to bigger things than Brian and/or Roger. By simple fact of neither really being singers. Freddie was responsible for the band's image, he was singer and focal point and wrote all the of the band's hit singles on the way up. It's easier for a talented singer-songwriter to find a competent band, than budding musicians to find a singer who is unique and can connect with audiences. Noen of this is talking down Brian and Roger, it is just reality.
Nobody here compared BM RT to FM, definitely FM as an artist is way superior. But that doesn't guarantee success at the highest level.
Unlike all of you FM fanboys he knew back then he needed to be in a ROCK band of top level quality to achieve ultimate success as per (Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones and Beatles)
What all have in common?? they play rock and roll(guitars and drums)
Thats why he begged BM and RT to give one more try.
If anything you should compare Freddie solo with MJ and Elton John, do you have the guts and tell me Freddie solo would have been more successful than these 2?

They were more than just a rock band, which again is what SL meant. Please don't make this more drivel about AL now. You've made your point in several threads over several months - let it rest.
. . . . . . . . .No other style of music can surpass the greatness of two guitars and a drum set on a live stage!
What about a guitar, keyboards and drums or a guitar, bass and drums or one guitar and drums. What about a horn section or even three drummers. . .
How about a big band line up or a rock band playing with a orchestra.
What about a really tight fusion band, it's endless and if you're limited to only listening rock you really haven't heard nearly half the good stuff out there.
You've all got it wrong - Queen were never a band in the first place. You're imagining it, none of them are real, this is all a dream.

Lol how old are you? you don't have to take it literally.
In the "you really haven't heard nearly half the good stuff out there" category falls Adam Lambert too, have you heard of him?
He definitely is a good singer, worth hearing.
But that doesn't mean hes equal to all other singers out there, rather inferior to some great rock musician by the nature of his style.
Not all music styles are equal in overall greatness.
How do you measure greatness in music?
Kinda like you measure Led Zeppelin accolades, then you make charts, lists, inquiries take opinions make polls and at the end only one can occupy first place.
And the number one music style known to human kind is rock an roll.(two guitars and one drum set)
