... well ... to be honest... you all "glambert"-shouters... well this very singer is the BEST who could happen to this legacy of a band. don't blame him. he's doing some terrific time of a job. and most of the times has better vocal techniques than a certain mr.mercury (god bless!) in terms of doing shit live. that lambert dude IS talented. and "shit on you" if you don't recognize.
on ehat they're doing... to keep the legacy alive... well ... depends on YOUR point of view... of course... they're not doing the "deep stuff"... unfortunately! instead they tend to do what they think what makes people happy... the hits.

at the moment ... (well... yes ... lasting for years and probably won't change... ) they're revisiting the hits... for what is they're vault to get some. and they're doing not THAT wrong for hire'ing a singer who can improvise....
... i hook to the moment to have heard "killer queen" by that "new voice"... and it was stunning. aswell is "who wants to live forever". he's not a rock singer... i can hear you scream.... well... he's trying to be... and he covers most of the songs quite well.... in terms of a mr mercury he's not to make songs boring but gives his very best of trying to deliver his interpretation. and THAT'S NOT QUEEN... of course not. but is an approach to get as close to get to reproduce the sound of queen being delivered by two great musicians who have been there and offer the best of sound they can give. and they DO !
those who have not recognized that a certain chapter has been closed for over a decade... well... they should shut up and listen to a new ... imho. welcome impulse... and a try to keep the legacy alive.
for what i was wishing would be to try more of those songs which haven't performed live... "the miracle"--- whatever... ohhhhh. what a dream that is. unfullfilled. but you cannot blame the vocalist!

I don't see what awards have to do with anything, that's his solo career and not relevant to the Queen collaboration and I'm not promoting him I just think calling him constantly for existing is pathetic. And no I'm not deluded, but then I see the comments all over social media which tells a different story. Even the ones who don't go to the shows and don't particularly like Adam's voice still defend him against the vitriol runner and his ilk post.

And you appear equally deluded, they (the band) fronted by a hated singer are selling out arenas and managed to sell out three more six months after the last tour plus two outdoor shows in a country in which no one cares about the guy! Yeah you really know your stuff.
I was sitting in a UK airport three days ago, drinking a cappuccino waiting for a flight, ear wiggling a conversation at the table next to me, Iron Maiden fans, judging by two to the t shirts, talking about Lambert, they had been to one of the London shows in July and also a recent Maiden show in the UK, they all agreed the Queen gig was as good as the Maiden gig, one thought Queens lighting was better and one aired the view that Lambert was a great singer which they all agreed with
The point I'm making is that it's obvious your dislike and anyone else's amounts to nothing compared to what Lambert and the band are achieving.

I've told you before I'm unfortunately not a "young girl", wish I was but I'm old enough to be a Queen fan since 1974.
I don't really care about awards, IMO they don't prove much, there's a whole lot of artists who win awards that I don't think have much talent, well at least not vocally, I mean if Grammy's were a measure of talent Kanye would beat Freddie hands down so you can see why awards don't impress me.
Adam respects Freddie and the band that's why he says what he does, not out of guilt or any other reason and he's no reason to have a conscience about any of it, he was asked to sing with them not the other way around.
