It was complications from gallbladder infection. Poor Montserrat. God rest her Soul.

I am listening to the instrumental now. And the structure of the song isnt the most complicated when it comes to Queen. The challenge is all the clever bits they put in like the guitar flavours, harmonies and all that. And while I listen to the instrumental I gain new respect for them as a musicians.
