I second this idea.

And use wetransfer - it's much less hassle on some computers.

And ONE person do it, not 20. As we saw last year with the 11-14-78 taper, a barrage of messages tends not to result in a positive outcome.

Not to be negative, but the uploader doesn't even possess neither this film nor a better transfer. He'd have to get it from this old relative of his which he said is very protective of it. But worth a try either way.
